I have a diva cup 2 and a brand called life brand size a lol first time I didn't really get this time round iv been practicing all week as I'm due Sunday and iv almost nailed it I find sitting on the toilet is best and push down fold and turn it at less ones or 3 times of I can to male sure it's fully open and feel around it to make sure it's fully open and so far since Monday to now got it every time lol 😆 I also have period underwear 3 heavy flow and two moderate flow lol 😆 I do have pads tampons to and throw underwear for periods but I'm more hooked on cups and the underwear lol

Uh oh! Peppermint tea will definitely keep yu awake. You could try chamomile tea or anything calming but Peppermint is great as a coffee substitute. How do you memorize your monologs? I learned a cool technique last yr., that's really helped. 🍿🎬
