Accept the reality that most daycare workers hate their jobs . Go look at the crying babies left on equipments . Children going to daycares have the worst behavior problems too .

@@serenesrn3827 While there's no excuse to hurt a child people are very nieve to the amount of stress that job causes. Imagine being in a classroom with 16 three and four year olds and in general half have horrible behavior. These kids hit, spit, kick, throw things at workers and other children. They are rude, not potty trained for many even at that age and these daycare workers spend 6am to 5:30 pm with those kids stuck in a room. They spend more time with those kids than the parents do.

@@Gpshow90 yes I am because i did that job and im a 54 year old mother of three and what i saw in a daycare is shocking. These kids are animals, my own children never did any of the things i witnessed and when you tell the parents about the behavior issues they could care less. One said and i quote "deal with it thats what your paid for" at a whole whopping $11 an hr. Laughable

You parents leave your kids with 18 Year olds that pass early childhood development class and make $8 an hour. Reality check, this is the people who work in daycares. Who else do you think can afford to work there? You pay more to your dog groomer than your baby sitters.

It doesn’t matter if this gal said she was trained in child development or whatever she did. If she was trained to care for children, she should know that these babies are so delicate and vulnerable, and they can be hurt very easily if they are being mistreated by a caregiver. She should know better than to do that to any child that is in her care, but now this child will have medical issues throughout their lives because of her abuse. No excuse in this world to harm a baby or child of any age. 😢

@@lauracollins3451I mean depends on the place, location matters as well and from my experience working in daycare (at least the ones I did) the parents pay a shit ton of money most the time.

@@lauracollins3451and considering everything else you have to pay for when you have a kid, constant clothes cause they grow so damn fast, food, school supplies, entertainment/toys, birthdays, Halloween and other holidays that are kid focused. Not to mention the time you need to invest while also having to work enough to afford to pay for the things you do within that time. I’m sure some parents are neglectful but being a parents is already inherently very expensive especially if you have a baby that’s like 2x as much

ALL youtubers talk about these types of cases that happened many yrs ago and ones that happened only a yr ago ! So no worries ❤ THEY ALL NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO THE PUBLIC SO MAYBE PEOPLE WILL SMARTEN TF UP WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR CHILDREN !! We can only hope

It is wild and unfortunate when parents don't understand that their child can't have an adult understanding of the world. Or that they are brand new humans who are completely helpless and reliant on you for their very survival. It is so much more common than it should be. We need to be the kindness we want the world to show them, raise them with the understanding they will be adults some day, guide them, help them find their voice and know how to use it. Hurting your children is never the option. The resources for help are available. If we didn't break kids, we might not have to fix adults. They are the most precious resource.

Was she suffering from post partum depression? That seems to be the case with a lot of single mothers and no I’m not making an excuse. However, this is the explanation of many cases where mothers off their kids due to isolation and not mentally being able to handle it anymore

I don’t think it was “dropped” out of the window. If the baby landed on the sidewalk (a distance away from the side of the building), then the child was thrown with force to land where it did.
