How is setting clear goals, creating a plan and then taking consistent action. The when is not in anyone's control it will come with time and work. Once you have become the person ready to achieve the goal it will come. Go through the journey one day at a time.

These questions can go as deep or surface level as you want. Take time to sit and journal these questions every 6 months because as you grow and bloom you will change and evolve. Here are the 10 questions. 1. What motivates & inspires you? 2. What are your most special memories from childhood or significant life experiences? 3. What hobbits or activities bring you the most joy or fulfillment? 4. How do you recharge and take care of yourself? 5. What are your biggest challenges or struggles in life? 6. What are your fears or limiting beliefs that you back? 7. What are your core values and beliefs? 8 How do you define success and what does it look like to you? 9. What are your short-term and long-term goals? 10. How do you envision your ideal life, and how can you take steps to achieve it? Don’t overthink or stress about any of these questions, take them at your own pace and they do not have to be in any order. Comment which question was the easiest for you to answer and which was the hardest.

Here are the ways I get back on track when I lose balance in my life… SET GOALS - Look at your areas of life, where are you currently losing track and set goals to realign yourself. Make sure your goals are specific and that they go with your why in life. Goals are to make you better and motivate you to be more. Don’t be scared to push yourself to get back on track to your dream life. SET TO-DO LISTS - Set tasks and steps to reach the goals. You will need a plan and a basic to do list in order of priority and sequential order will help you know the path to your goals. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - Take the goals and to-list and create a tracker or deadlines to check in on the steps of your goals. Hold yourself accountable or get an accountability partner. This will help you get back on track as you have someone to show how you are doing. TIME MANAGEMENT & TIME BLOCKING - Planning your days with your peaks and dips, setting timers for work and breaks. Finding a time management system that works for you is essential to getting back on track. Find the best way to stay on your goals and be as productive along the way. ANALYZE & EVOLVE - Find out what aligns with you and your life. Each time you fall off course there is a reason. Figure out the reason and evolve towards your why. Don’t let the small moments take over the bigger goals and dreams. Comment what you do when you fall off track with your life and need to find balance again.

Here’s my story… Over the years I have had goals but I could never achieve them. I would be so hard on myself and give up over and over again. I thought I was unable to succeed at anything. I would start negatively talk myself out of everything I ever wanted because I could not get to my goals. The goals and dreams were not the problem, the way I was going after my goals was. Looking back I now understand that I was not setting myself up to succeed. I was never going to achieve those goals because I did not have a strong enough reason to hold myself accountable and no plan to follow. I was setting goals and taking random actions that I hoped would just make it happen. I would not be consistent but every time I did take a step it would not move the needle closer to my goals. I was changing the goals frequently thinking that was the issue the goal must not be for me. Over time I realized the goals were not the problem, it was the way I was executing the goals. Here is what I learned over the last year: -Finding your Why. Having a strong enough reason for your goals. What and why do you want to chase your dreams and goals. -Setting Goals that Align with Your Life or Why. Goals must align with your current lifestyle or with your greater why. Your goals should push you out of your comfort zone and to become your best self but make sure the goal is within the life you want and becoming your best self. -Writing a Plan to take Action Daily Planning out the goal with smaller steps and achievements will keep you celebrating the small wins and seeing the journey. If you are not seeing the progress with time your goal will seem like it is impossible. -Consistency and Discipline to not Quit. Use all the tips above to stay focused and keep going daily. With the strong why, meaning behind the goal, and a plan you can succeed at any goal. Don’t quit on yourself and don’t skip days. Create a habit of daily action. Comment your Why.

Here is the truth… We are all way too distracted in life. The amount of time we waste trying to figure out our options or get back on track is leading you to not chase the dream you have always wanted. It is time to plan, set goals, balance your life and work towards your goals and dreams. If you take 1-3 hours a day to focus only on your goals and dreams, your whole life can change in a matter of months. 1-3 hours a day over time is the following… 1 week = 7-21 hours 1 month = 30-90 hours 3 months = 90-120 hours 6 months = 180-540 hours 1 year = 360-1,080 hours It is said that you need to work 10,000 hours on something to become an expert. You will not be perfect but it is time to go after your goals and dreams. 1-3 hours a day is the same amount of time you scroll on your phone. 1-3 hours a day is the same amount of time you sit and watch tv. Why not change small habits, routines and systems and take 1-3 hours of focus and productive work towards your goals today. For me I am working on my skill building and learning how to invest in myself to slowly earn time freedom in my life. What goal or dream are you working towards today?

When you start planning it can all seem very overwhelming, but know that you can start simple and easy. There are many ways to plan from using a planner, a calendar, digital or physical. Find a system that works for you. Try one try them all it is up to you. Once you know what works for you you will know. Here are some tips to staying consistent when it comes to your planning… Set a Routine: Choose when you are going to plan, morning, evening, once a week, or daily. Once you get into the routine that works best for you make sure you hold yourself accountable at least 21 times to create the habit. Set a System: Now you have a routine, what are you going to plan? Events, reminders, to-dos. Finding a system of what you are going to plan. This will help you stay consistent and know exactly how and what you want to plan. Build on the system, start simple and then add elements as you get more consistent. Make it Flexible: No one’s life is perfect and extremely structured. Set a plan but also don’t over plan or you will give up easily. For some they time block others they set active and break times. With all of these tips make it work for you and your lifestyle. Don't over complicate it and don't over do it with the planning. You will overwhelm yourself and burn out. If you already do plan or want to start planning how do you plan?

To Bloom into your best self you must Balance all areas of your life. ◾Set Routines, Systems & Habits- Get your life ready for success by simplifying your life. You can remove the thoughts of the day to day tasks and have more time to work on your goals and dreams ◾Set Goals - Long & Short Term for Areas of Life - Goal setting is crucial to blooming into your best self. Balancing your goals in the areas of your life lets you focus on 1-2 areas of your life at a time. Prioritize your goals and watch yourself become the person you always wanted to be. ◾Keep 1-3 Tasks for Day then Work on Business, Hobbies or Happiness - Prioritize the must dos of the day. Once you complete those main tasks you can work on the life you want. Don’t overwhelm your days with only must dos make time for wants and fun! Once you complete the musts you have had a productive day and be proud of yourself. ◾Personal Development and Growth Mindset - Growing daily is a must. Learning a new skill, listening to a podcast, taking a course and so much more. You should strive to always be learning or perfecting yourself physically, mentally and intellectually. Become a master in life. ◾Time Blocking & Planning- None of the above would be possible if you don’t plan out your days. Find a system that works for you and succeed each day. I time block sometimes by task and others by category of my life. Either way I have a plan and schedule to be my best self daily and focus on the life I desire. Details. ❄️ The Holiday season can be stressful and overwhelming for so many people but honestly it does not need to be. Finding balance in this time is essential to keeping your life flowing and celebrating the holiday season. Say “No” - If it is not something you want to do or does not fit into your schedule you can say no with no worry. Learning the power of no will help you set boundaries and feel powerful to only do things that algin with your wants and needs. Get Ahead- December and all the holiday adventures are around the corner, try to preplan and even get a few things done now to open up more time for things you want to do around the holidays. Track Your Habits- Stay on top of your habits and routines. You can’t lose sight of what you want at this time. Track the habits you may lose focus on at this time. Prioritize Self Care- Holidays are about giving and we forget to take care of ourselves along the way. Do weekly or even daily check ins with yourself around this time to make sure you are taken care of. Schedule Everything - Plan it all, every event, meeting, and to do. So much changes and you do not want to miss out on something you want to do. Spread Holiday Cheer- Even if you work spread the cheer with music, outfits or small decorations. Don’t let little things bring you down and also brighten someone else’s day with your energy. Create New Traditions- You can create your own traditions with your family. Don’t feel like you are stuck doing everything how you have before. Create your own holiday traditions for your relationship or family. Be Present in the Moment- Don’t forget to celebrate and be in the spirit. We all have goals and a future we are creating but dont forget about the now. Here is why… I am working on becoming my best self and having tine freedom. I want to be in control of my days and weeks and months. I want to be in control of my time, money and happiness. With that being said I want to be able to be at every event, meeting, vacation, movie night with my family. I want to be able to be on call when someone needs me. I want to be able to have the memories and experiences that I have always wanted. Now you must understand this is not an overnight process, I must work hard, strive for a balance of what I want and need to do. The hard work for a few years will lead to the freedom and desire I want. I am willing to sacrifice now to have what I want later. We need to stop rushing everything in life. Take the time to work on your goals and dreams and sacrifice in the now to be able to live the life you have always dreamed. What dream or goal are you working towards right now?
