Hello Friend , make sure the gateway on the local system and the FortiGate firewall is in place also make sure firewall policy is properly implemented.

Hello Friend, thanks for watching my videos. This video is about configuring IPsec tunnels in redundant mode. So giving priority to IPsec tunnels will not play any role because at a time only one tunnel will be active.

If I followed followed carefully enough, the failover to second VPN did not happen. I encountered the exact behaviour and I do not know what I did wrong. Also, for me, the tunnels flap between themselves sometimesbin the aggregation. I followed all of your steps. Kind regards!

I did troubleshoot the issue further and observed that the secondary tunnel was down due to which failover did not happen.
