I was talking with a former Goodwill employee, who told me they watch when you come in with a video camera and see what you're picking up and then they raise the prices on the stuff you've touched that night. My question was why? The answer was well. They are resellers and if they're looking at it that means we can get a decent amount of money for it. My answer back was not necessarily. It depends on what it is. Maybe they were just buying it for themselves cuz they want it or needed it or some family member did and I said but obviously they didn't pick it up to resell it. So that should be a red flag right there. And she said well we raised the prices to make it fair for everybody to come in and purchase not for resailers to come in and purchase stuff and then to jack up the prices and resell it. Now before I say this next part you have to know I am not a reseller. So my answer was how is that fair because you're raising the prices on the people you claim to be helping. Now where I live or Goodwill went out of business because people stopped donating because of how much money the CEO gets and at the time how little they were playing their employees. We have a Salvation Army where I live. It's very small. It is run by the sweetest little old lady who has no clue about KZbin reselling in cameras. But one of the younger workers that works in there and I were talking and it sounds like they're going to put up a sign that says no videotaping allowed or pictures. And if you take a picture or you videotaping you get somebody in that video that if they sue for you videotaping them that legally takes them out from being liable. And then another thrift store we have is actually looking at putting up a sign allowing filming. But you have to sign off basically a liability form that they are not liable if you videotape somebody and that you would have to get written permission from everybody that you passed by and you videotape, not everybody in the store, just the ones that are on those aisles with you. That you would have to get when you come in and hand it out to each person as you go down an aisle. So my question to that girl was why and she said because quite often people are videotaping other people while they're shopping and they don't want to be videotaped that they're at the thrift store. So I see in the next year or so some big changes coming to you know going in and videotaping
