Walking backwards up a hill. ... this is the worlds best exsercie that manking ever can have!! it releases your knees on another level! i am so stupid that i never done it. I do it in the gyms after 1 h of walk, i add 10 min incline backwards walk and its amazing. Reduces knee pain, strenghten the skin and squad muscle!
