Please do not take this as an insult because your physique is phenomenal. I just don't want you to get injured. I believe rotating your shoulders when youre doing shrugs like that could lead to an unintended injury in the future. Please do your own research on the matter. Thank you for the routine

Bro, look into "sapate" (Indian Burpees). I do them with the bricks you using. They really upped my fitness. Good stuff bro! (as always...)

Walking backwards up a hill. ... this is the worlds best exsercie that manking ever can have!! it releases your knees on another level! i am so stupid that i never done it. I do it in the gyms after 1 h of walk, i add 10 min incline backwards walk and its amazing. Reduces knee pain, strenghten the skin and squad muscle!
