to me, i love this album a lot. the story of it is really good, but she does have some misses. she knows how to put a track list together though. i would give PORTALS a 9/10, just because it is light shower and spider web. it feels like a fairy having a concert like a human and i love that. it’s experimental and some songs needed to be shorter *cough* *cough* TUNNEL VISION, but overall i feel like she’s on a journey here, and i love it. 9/10, her best album in my opinion

I like Lucifer's design specifically because he is at the top of the food chain. He is the one, the most powerful, so he doesn't really need all the bells and whistles to intimidate and scare everyone else because they are aboslutely no threat to him and he can overpower each and every one of them no matter how he looks. (Alastor was manipulating him and felt free to do that because he knew he was in Charlies good book and she wouldn't let Lucifer do anything to him) Lucifer knows he's the most powerful one arround so he can act and look whichever way he wants. I have a headcanon that he could transform himself to be taller (we see him shapeshift in the show) and more intimidating if he wanted to, but he doesn't feel the need to and likes to stay looking like that because he likes it and finds it fun.

No show or movie is ever TRULY perfect.

The point of loser baby was that husk was meeting him where he is. He's not trying to force angel to just be better when he's not there yet. Right now angel is still very caught up in his addictions and the point is that husk can see and accept him as a loser because he's been there too with his own addictions and in some ways he still is. Husk just wanted him to admit and acknowledge to himself that this persona isnt actually who he is. Upon seeing angel break down and self destruct he realized that angel is just trying to get through each day and is also struggling with making and maintaining meaningful connections. Angel feels the need to push boundaries and push people away so that way if people leave him it's because of that and not because they reject who he is as a person. This is how he copes and husk is growing to accept that. I think angel still being at that stage during loser baby still makes a lot of sense especially given the context of husk mentioning his own addictions (alcohol and gambling) during the song as a means of telling angel that he's not alone and that husk sees and accepts him wholely even in his stuggles, addiction, and faults.
