Thank you for showing us this. I have a food shop in Nigeria, and planning on going online, i was skeptical about time duration in between delivery, but you show here that you cooked the food and refrigerate, i was wondering will people buy refrigerated food . In my shop we cook freshly. Like every morning, sell as customers come. No refrigerated food. Thank you, you just boost my confidence.

I don't know how many food you have on your menu, but I can for sure tell you that if you want to run an online takeaway seamless you need to bulk cook and serve your customers as they come. It just makes life easier. Thanks for watching

I freeze jollof and fried rice 😂. There's this really good caterer that we get for parties, she uses basmati, the rice is delicious even if you left it in the freezer for a month. In fact most caterers I like it. And then my own fried rice, I've frozen it for meal preps and loved it after. However my mum's jollof, I only like eating it on the first day, I've been trying to figure out scientifically what she does that it tastes different after day 1, I don't even like it that much after it's been in the fridge.

01:35, apparently the seeds of bell peppers are bitter, so it's to make the stew taste nicer... However I too keep removing seeds like my ancestors before me m, so i don't know if it's bitter or not😅

If i used a 400g tomato can to measure my rice, how many would that be to get 3.5 x650ml takeaway? I see you don't use curry, i just discovered that concept in another channel and I've been testing it out, one thing i noticed is the smell in my kitchen doesn't linger for days anymore which is great, but I'm not sure if it impacts taste.

Update: I was able to find a 650ml container like the one you showed and measure out the rice to check. Two tomato cans make 1x650ml container😊
