Can I ask... If you get served food there, are you able to ask for vegetarian food or is it all meat and you can't choose? thanks

If you notify an inn in advance, they may be able to serve vegetarian food. Having said, if you have problems with fish including fish broth, you may not be satisfied with their food. I hope this will be helpful.

I see. Thanks. Was wandering because Japanese and Oriental food in general is centred around meat and most people don't know what a vegetarian or a vegan is :P The Buddhist monks there are vegan, but that's about it.

Beautiful 書道 demonstration. I liked very much the presentation of all major scripts, kana included, of japanese writing art. Inkyo sensei is truly masterful with the brush!
