12 the melody of the leading instrument is good as well as the supporting keys. Loved the new melody that it switched to as well. It possibly went back to the first section too soon. A third section before going back to the first could be good. Returning to the first may not even be necessary.

11 slow 808 chord progressions following the lead of the keys may play out perfectly. Snare may not be needed for that part. Whatever you did with the brass instruments works well.

9 more leaning on the soulful keys would be strong. They could honestly be perfect as a solo intro. The snare may not be needed for this song. J.Cole would love the keys. The bass may be better used sparingly on this one as well. Omg J.Cole would love these keys so much. I truly hope I hear more versions of this beat.

8 wonderful melody on the leading instrument The repetition of that melody going past 4 bars would push many listeners away though. More variety at that point. Coming back to that melody could be a powerful moment later in the song, it could also be played on various instruments.

6 you have great hums. I do hope you experiment with more hums at various pitches and effects. You could have an iconic hum hidden in there. Edit: the “du du du du du” could have the “d” removed and feel smoother. The “u” could also be replaced with “eh” “hih” with a subtle exhale beginning to the vowel’s sound rather than clicking the back of the throat. “Y” can also be a smooth beginning to a hum.

Yo, 5 is special. The shift to 808 focus was splendid. Are there versions with an alternate snare? Oooo female vocalist just came in. Damn this one is special.

3 has a great melodic sample. Definitely a great staple of the song. More use of it could be addicting to the ear.

2 absolutely would have a strong audience in kpop. I’m not sure if any other genres would capitalize on this beat well, just don’t let Ice Spice try 😂 Also, it would benefit from extra polishing from a second producer.
