0:22 this is a perfect transition. It fits the dark creepy tone of the anime perfectly from the inner God realm going into the dark the opening of rika's eyes with the distorted voice. This it so well done i appreciate the little things like this in amvs

The difference between Goblin Slayer and your run of the mill adventurer is that most adventures are doing it for the fun, fame and money while Goblin Slayer literally approaches his quests as if he was in a fucking war, man's prepared down from tactics to logistics.

Could have been great. 4/10 just because I think you can do better. Song is shit. Sync okay. No flow or story. It just made me sad, just do more and make it better. Look up better music for sure.

Hahaha 😂. So I actually like this comment. To be honest, I've been waiting a year for it. When this video started to gain traction in terms of views which I think was like 3 month down the line, I was ecstatic, but my first question was "Why and how?". It is riddled with flaws from a technical aspect (I know, I made it) and I agree I could've done it better. But man, putting a 12-episode anime to an almost 5 minute song is no joke, especially when you're trying to highlight one character. And pretty much that's what I was attempting to do. I both like this song and the Goblin Slayer for that aspect. It's the Goblin Slayer's defining characteristic in my opinion. You have a human that will challenge a whole army with or without help and won't stop until he's dead. So yeah, this isn't story driven by any means. Another one of my goals was to make it better than the ones that were out (same anime, same song). Cuz if I already like an AMV, I really have no reason to make it. At the time it was either 2 or 3. To be honest, I still like mine better than those ones at least. And it's amazing how many people ended up liking it as well. Thank you for the support and hilarious comments guys! It's very much appreciated! But I say that to say this: I can't fully chastise this video because it is this video that has made and continues to make my channel at least for the major part. Granted, I'll do my best in creating AMVs that are "better." Feel free to throw out music and anime. I'm willing to consider suggestions (that goes for everyone) and if y'all do find a better AMV (same anime, same song) feel free to post it here cuz I want to watch it too! Sorry for the essay of a reply, like I said, I've been waiting a year.

Totally and 100% agree. The first 2 seasons are what put this anime in my top 5. I was thinking of doing the song to those seasons at first cuz of the second season OP has similar sounds, but went with this one instead just cuz the overall toxicity of a relationship that Satoko had with Rika and a little vice versa.
