In the 80’s that was the top high school in the south east. I graduated there in 83. We had almost 900 grads. The school was a top sports team with everyone focused on academics and sports. We were the envy of every school in the state.

The band sounds good, especially those tubas…. However those arrangements don’t do em any justice.

Oh my goodness. There is my favorite drum major, sweet Justin Vanilla Funk. I didn’t know the JD Marching Band was on this show. They’re awesome. Love them all. ❤ I don’t know why, but this made me cry. And the band director explaining about what goes on. I’m glad these wonderful young people have the band and each other to love.Sending lots of Aloha from Honolulu to all the beautiful people in Alabama. ❤️🌺 Love you all.💜

한국엔 저렇게 대대적으로 거리 행진하는 고등학교 클럽이 거의 없어서 물어보는데...저런 행진 얼마나 자주 하나요? 유튭에 영상이 꽤 많던데...한달에 한번씩? 아니면 매주마다?..몇키로는 행진하는걸로 보이던데 와!~~체력이..😂😂😂 리더분 잘 생겼어요 매력 터짐!!😁😁😁

One day he said marching is a way to learn from others and to be with them for the same thing : enjoying marching, and all are a familiy band. It is hard, it’s change and he grows up …That is Life! Great job Vanilla Funk for ever 😀

They def should have never brought that much of the band and they certainly should have worked more on collaborating a far better dance performance, to be perfectly honest that was basic at best. If we are being authentic and raw here then understand this is AGT, for crying out loud! This is not a street performance nor a parade or football game they are performing at. This was most likely their only chance of getting put on any platform of this magnitude and they blew it! Like the hype with their entrance that was the highlight of this performance.

Can somebody *anybody* please tell me what’s the point in 2 massive bands playing at the exact same time?? Completely drowning each other out, 2 selections were wasted (1 from each) and the audience didn’t get to enjoy either of them. That was ignorant and *pointless* as hell. 🤦🏽♂️

@@CarlieBoo Yea, I probably would’ve been so aggravated I would’ve left. It goes from music to just noise very quickly with those types of people in attendance. All events need rules for these types of things that can ruin it for everybody.
