i think moment india lost if gambhir had taken such harsh decision, bcci would have got praise and however pr team try to spin, at that situation they might not get anything done.

As an Englishman, Harry Brook is the most overrated player on the planet. Only ever scores runs in easy circumstances and/or flat tracks and throws his wicket away like a used toy. I’m more optimistic about Jamie Smith.

When Aus lost to Ind twice at home, did they become sh*t against pace?? But losing one series which took 12 yrs and 18 series suddenly makes India a sh*t team!! that's why I love these Aussie and brit experts 🤡🤡

hey Jarrod and Rob !! Can you investigate another angle here to India's loss. I see a correlation with IPL backdoor discussions having a negative impact on India men's team performance. I mean whenever there is a period where hard backdoor discussions are going on eg just before auction/mega-auction. May be it affects mindspace/concentration/focus on series at hand

If you look at Jarrod Kimber's match reports throughout the tournament ICC world cup 2015 (absence of his report in Bangladesh's win against Afghanistan and England ) and his report on Bangladeshi cricket fans anger on Ramiz Raza you can easily find out that Mr. Kimber is actually an Anti Bangladesh campaigner.

Well now you just have all these Asian migrants living in countries like Denmark , Canada, USA, even Uganda, have mostly Asian migrants, a lot of whom didn’t make it in their home country, like netravalkar, wasn’t selected in India and gave up cricket and went to America and was selected in USA team because he was playing amateur cricket and even a average skill level from him was one of the best in the country.

Jared this two league system would only work, if the ICC would demote teams from league 1 based on performance, irrespective of whom they are. But the big 3 fixed in league 1 8s equally senseless

People don’t seem to understand, fab 4 does not mean the 4 best batsmen in the world. It was coined by Martin Crowe for 4 batsmen of similar ages, similar playing styles and batting positions who are consistent run banks for their teams and would potentially captain their sides. The next fab 4 would only emerge when these guys retire around 2027-28

Surprising that you said rachin might not be the one in tests but hes been the only player to have dominated quality attacks among all of them. Scored 60 and 82 against Australia, 134 and 65 against India in India and not to forget that 92 in Galle.

Best batters in Tests currently- Jaiswal, Dhruv Jurel, Stubbs, Rishabh Pant, Kamindu ,Rachin Ravindra Watch out for Dhruv Jurel he has got wonderful technique ,all round defensive and power game , Monk-mindset under pressure. Many won't count Dhruv now but he's got everything to out-do others in the list. In future Dhruv will play at no 4 spot of Kohli. Ind XI batting line up in tests (in 2 years)- YBJ , Ruturaj , Gill, Dhruv(W.K), Pant, Axar, Washington + Bowlers. Ishan Kishan meanwhile is in oblivion - 2 /3 tests- 1 fifty , ODI - fastest 200 vs Ban in ban (away 200), crucial 80 odd against pak in Asia cup when India had lost top order under 100 took the score to 260+ , wonderful striker of the ball. After 5 years can we say anything about the list of fab 4 , its too early.

Most weird thing about Bangladesh is despite being a subcontinent nation they have failed to produce even a single world class "specialist" spinner. If you ask who the best spinner they produced most likely answer will be Shakib al Hasan who is a batting allrounder. All other subcontinental nations including Afghanistan and even Nepal has produced specialist spinners who were good enough to be picked for the IPL.
