Daitoshi is meant to happen in the Bitoku future. The forest around the city is the Bitoku one. Same with the river.

Did you only do one play? Sure that’s enough for a first impressions but the lack of depth in this review is born out from lack of plays. How do you know how different strategies work? How do you know how different buildings (Side A/B) affect the game? I can see a first impressions video from one play, but to do a full 13 minute deep dive into a game you’ve played once seems…shallow.

Thanks for this, it was useful, however the girl in red added up all her points in the first round instead of doing the relevant minus points which confused me so she should have got 5 in the first round, not 7

I don't understand how much you like the game. This doesn't feel like a review of a game.

It sounds like there are less funny outcomes, compared to Arabian Nights. In that, you could end up with a ridiculous, humorous conclusion.

Another great story-telling game was "Voyage of the B.S.M. Pandora" which came in issue #6 of "Ares" magazine published in 1981. GMT is currently working on a re-implementation.

UAPs is on sale today at a FOGS, so I’m considering picking it up even though I’m happy to continue playing Planet X. My shelves are overflowing right now, so I probably should pass on this one even though I’m sure I’d enjoy it. I’m still content with Planet X. Appreciate the video!

How solitaire (the comp version) is it please? I remember the original was quite interactive in the sense you really needed to mind what other players were doing. When I saw this one had Coop and Solo made me immediately speculate they went MPS on this one.
