Sorry for only getting back to you so late. But the rear body mounts do line up. The front ones do not line up and you may have to make new holes. Or you could make new holes for all four posts if you would like it's just more work. The TRX4 sport body was the right size but I don't know about other Traxxas rock crawler bodies.

I have a slash 2wd with a gyro. It really helps. Dumborc radio and receiver

@@tmar352 I bought a DumboRC with the 6 channels receiver Gyro integrated. It never works properly with the Traxxas VXL-3S ESC. Can't get the brake/reverse to work

@@pigeonqc4318 I didn't think name-brand ESC would make a difference with the gyro. I'm running spektrum and it works great. I did have to follow a video when I first got it and push the button on the side of the receiver twice for it to work

@@tmar352 I followed all instructions and correctly calibrated it to the esc, everything was working well including the gyro, except no brake/reverse. I saw many people on reddit saying that DumboRC and Traxxas esc don't go well together.

Well, a great fairly priced RC to begin with is the Traxxas Rustler 2wd platform. Its fast, durable, and easy to control. Unfortunately, in this video the Rustler was running a bit slow, but it's able to travel at higher speeds then the other RCs in this video. In addition, you can upgrade it slowly maybe giving it a brushless motor system or bigger heavier tires that give it better traction on loose surfaces. @@MrDrinkblood You are very welcome. I am glad I could help. I enjoy sharing my hobby with others. Yes, the Arrma Senton is a nice, fairly priced, and durable truck. However, the Senton is a bit slower than the Traxxas Rustler, along with being a little less stable to drive and easier to topple over. Arrma parts are normally less available and harder to find then Traxxas parts. But otherwise Arrma RC trucks are great. But do some research, see what you find out. And at the end of the day whatever you like best is best for you. And no, I do not yet have any Senton videos, but I do hope to do some in the future. -Tyler Noll
