Any strain on the motors? Would it still balance with a flippy screen?

The lens not being 24mm on the wide end is my gripe as well. How much of the time do you think you missed extra room for wide shots compared to a 24mm?
@gottagohКүн бұрын
@@hallmountfilms I felt the most while travelling, due to the lack of control of the space that im in, i often forgo wide shots as i really do needed that wider focal length (lucky i brought another small wide angle prime too). But other than that, to me, it’s a versatile lens for events/production setups

I was shocked when you said adding an 86-82mm step-down ring did not introduce any vignetting when using 82mm filters at the widest focal length. I am now buying this lens based on that fact alone, so I really hope you are not making it up!
@gottagoh4 күн бұрын
I guess my life is on the line of my statement! Fret not, I tested it well enough on 28mm, the step down ring works! Just be wary to not stack too many filters though, as the further away you stack, the edges will show up. example, stacking CPL, ND, Diffuser filters
@michaeljemeryКүн бұрын
@@gottagoh All good. Some other revewers have said the same thing since then. I bought the new NISI Jetmag System (82mm) before the lens announcement, so super happy if I don't need to buy a whole new set. The JetMag system is quite thin, so if I get minor vignetting by stacking a CPL and ND, I can live with that. I don't see myself using a CPL with this lens too often.

Yea, surely there will be a slight shift of tint. You can either work around it by having a mental note that once exported, you will faced a greenish tint eventually or you can tweak the colours manually as close as possible to your mac.

Hey bro when i go into my effect controls for CC lens distort those settings seen in 0:15 dont come up when you say keyframe blur effect.
@gottagoh6 ай бұрын
hey apologies for the confusion. CC Lens effect, is basically just adjusting the lens effect with one control. The blur settings you see here, is another add-on effect called Camera Lens Blur. Hope this clarifies!
Seriously, how is this vid not getting any interest. It's great! thank you!
