I'm going to jump in the fire here. Due to unusual illness my home is hot am I aquarium water ranges from 80 to 85! So far my Dojos are 2 years old and 8 to 9 in Long. To know how much warm water would shorten their lifespan would take many many many many many years of experimenting and they're still might be other variables set alarm during my own experiment. If they live 5 years instead of 10 it was better than them being fed doing ugly Garr or being on a human's dinner plate. This is an extremely healthy tank and they are very healthy and active we'll see how it goes and hopefully we can prove the experts wrong. God knows I've seen a lot of expert testimony that was one person who is wrong and millions repeating the bad information

Hey man I caught 2 babies your size and I'm trying to get them to eat. The smaller one will eat crickets I know that. But the lil bigger one won't eat anything I've witnessed. I've tried crickets, dried mealworms, nightcrawlers, redworms, turtle pellets, dried baby shrimp and minnows!! Maybe he eats when I dont see? I dunno. I've grown up catching animals and caring for them, my whole life and I'm not sure what else to try. Any tips?

They are absolute babes. I got the last 4 in my tropical store. Had no problems with only 4. Super happy and playful and are the first ones to come and greet me everytime I go near to the tank. Love them

Love my glass catfish. They do prefer to be in groups. I'd add few more & u will see more activity from them

Epic tank man. What happened to it long term? I could see an issue with the Lelupi Lemon cichlid, both for its own health and for the Dwarf Pike. The pike and all others are South American fish that prefer soft acidic water. Lelupi are from Africa and from extremely hard extremely alkaline water. Lelupi are very close to the pike in shape and its place in the food chain in nature, Lelupi also have sharp teeth, Dwarf pike does not.

I kept hearing that you can’t have multiple dottybacks in a tank, due to aggression. In my 75g, I have 3 Neon Dottybacks & 1 Friedmani. The only aggression was the first 4 days, but all live together harmoniously for 3 months now.

I've got 3 regular buenos aires tetra and just found out albino ones exist so ill be getting 3 albinos to go with the regular ones. I also have black phantoms and will be adding red phantoms. I like getting the same species in different color variations because they still school together. I have black skirts mixed with glo tetra as theyre the same species and school together. Just ordered my Giant Betta today vant wait!!

I know this is an old video, but the fish are called Albino firecracker cherry barbs.

I'm so glad youtube put this video in my recommended (whatever it's called lol). I have a 300 gallon stock tank pond, and I've got a common pleco in it. I'm in Florida, but it does freeze here sometimes. I have been really worried about how I'm going to keep it warm enough. If a heater and a tarp work, that will really ease my mind, and it's something I can do.
