Nope, it is just Tetris-clone programmed on C64, and game has been just been named Gameboy Tetris.

Yes it is homebrew. There is homebrew port also on Commodore 64.

Hadn't played Batman for a while and I totally forgot that WHD-installed 2-disk version is prone to crash. I should have instead played 1-disk version, which was also on hard disk :)
