Genuine question. I was told not to do carries like this when I received TCCC because it puts the Pt in the line of fire. Why would you do something like this rather than a drag carry? Unless this is for difficult terrain.
@HighThreatTraining4 ай бұрын
@uchawi4573 When speed is a priority over profile, direct fire might not be the immediate concern, or the distance you are traveling is substantial. Possibly the distance or terrain wouldn't work for a drag....There are many different reasons you might opt for a fireman-type carry. On todays battlefield, you are more likely to encounter indirect fire such as GRADs, mortars, artillery, rockets, and even suicide drones. If the bad-guys have your position dialed in, you may want to get somewhere else in a hurry. This is just 1 of many carries and drags we teach. You never know what you might need or why. Just teaching drags alone will limit your options. This was a demo to show how quick and simple the move can be. When the students practice, they do come in low, stick their back to the patients upper chest, then roll onto their knees with the patient on their shoulders. Rearrange equipment/weapons then stand up and move with the patient.

If United States of America is not careful, we may look like Haiti. This man is describing pure chaos, gangs roam the streets, there’s violence, there’s no real government and they have turned their backs to God to worship demonic spirits. I wonder if this was what Obama was thinking about when he stated that the US should become a third world country. He indeed said that! If we the people don’t regain our country…. God please help us is my prayer. Biden’s term is Obama’s third term.

Just another shithole. This is exactly what happens when blacks get to run a country. There is no country in the world run by blacks that is safe and peaceful. And there is no country in the world that blacks run which is reliant on intellectually produced goods. Meaning the only ones profitable are the ones with vast natural resources. There is no product except in Liberia where there are shipyards….but those are run by white Europeans and so are successful.

@@HighThreatTraining Especially with the government there being what they are, haven't heard of any tourists or expats being snatched up, but a few have been forced to leave the country. Yep, 'tis the season heheh, that and all the TA facility visits and meetings (variable to client and industry associated to) rounding off the year and fiscal quarter reviews definitely amps up business for us, not a bad thing though. I'm good yeah, right now working a few 1099 subcontractor analyst gigs but it's not nearly as exciting or well paying as the boots on the ground work hah. There will be better pieces of equipment out there which is why I didn't link this one. To find it, go to Amazon and search, RF Detector. The cheapest I have seen it is $17. And search FLIR camera for the heat signature detection. This one is a few years old. Most of this caliber are between $200-$300 USD. Here is what we use for our clients: facebook.com/secforusa/posts/2055598891322964

Did the built in IR reader (round window) not function as designed... as I understand this device, it should work similar to the FLIR? Also the longer antenna should be extended... as it has an white LED on the end, it will light up upon the internal magnet contacting hidden metal objects, etc.?
@HighThreatTraining2 жыл бұрын
It does not actually work like a FLIR at all. The round window is designed to view a reflective bounce off of lenses, when used with a red strobe.. It is not very effective in that respect The FLIR detects heat signatures from the power source. The other "antenna", is not an antenna at all. It is a magnetic probe. Most internal installs are not using magnets. You can place the end up under difficult to reach, or view, areas of a vehicle to detect magnetic signatures quite often associated with quick GPS tracking placement. Come'on guys. We do this for a living...Some of our actual gear here: facebook.com/secforusa/posts/2055598891322964

Hey Daniel. Good to hear from you. Remember, this was the cheapest one I could actually find. There are definitely better compact units out there. Our REI gear that we use in the Surveillance Detection class is not allowed to cross borders and pretty bulky. I will be searching for a midrange device I can travel with. The FLIR is key though. If that's all you had, you find a good number of typical installs. When dealing with Artists in Latin America, Europe, Middle East etc..most Video installs would be quick and dirty. These cheap methods work well for the quick set-ups
