This has encouraged me to get mine out again and use it (chrome version) I have a couple of the first Contax T’s (one of each colour, the black one is mint) , with the rangefinder focusing and fold down front . It makes you think rather than using digital 👍

I've had the chance to use this table a couple of times now. It's fun to whip out in front of people:) I can see what people are talking about when they say the legs are delicate, but they're design to support a "mostly" vertical load, not be torqued from the side or pushed back into place. If you just let the table open or close on it's own and don't force anything, it works great kzbin.infoUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh Once it's set up, it's pretty solid. My only gripe would probably be related to the clamps provided. They're not the highest quality. They do the job, so no big deal, but they could be better. All in all, pretty cool gadget.

This was a great video! I'm glad to say that I have the majority of these tools, but being new to film electrical, I definitely need those books and the multitool. 😅

Has anyone ran into an issue where this camera thinks it's loaded with film when its not? When its empty it shows 26 shots. Thanks in advance!

This is fantastic, I just worked on my first 48hour Film Project weekend and used this list as a guide, the director was impressed with the knowledge and things I had in my tool kit. Thank you for making it possible sir

This video is wildly helpful, I don’t know how you don’t have more views. I bet if you put “Filmmaking” and “Lighting” in the title it’d help, I’m not in the industry and as a KZbinr the keywords for grip/electrician aren’t what I’d think to search for. Again, so useful

I just bought one of these for $2.50 with a really right stuff tripod as a bonus in a dingy bookstore. Seller thought it was a cleaning brush and the tripod was its handle! Joking aside I just sold one of these I owned from 25 years ago for $400 on ebay.

I worked in a very high end condo as a security guard and found my stylus epic dlx among a pile of discarded electronics in the parking garage. I finally bought a battery to see if it works. Seems to be in perfectly fine condition; I think whoever threw it out just thought it was obsolete or not worth the effort to sell it. Between that, a first edition, sixth printing of In Cold Blood and a bunch of other great books, I've found a lot a treasure in wealthy people's trash. n_n
