@@Tony-ex2rm Doesn't change the validity of my comment. More important I think is it took Subaru decades to address their design flaw issue and they offered no help to customers. I had three failed Subaru and I learned my lesson. Three? Yes, but I'm not very smart. After many years I have kept the blown set of head gaskets from my Forester just to remind myself of how limited I actually am. Know where I can buy some "smart pills"?

I have the same red one here in Germany. It is interesting to see the differences between these though. Mine is a late 2023 (like the one shown here) But this one has an older looking automatic shifter as well as only halogen lights? Also, the older mast antenna. Over here they have the shark fin. I do like the fact that the US spec'd Subaru XV/Crosstrek have an optional 2.5 liter engine, wish they had that option here. They only have the 2.0i e-Boxer or the 1.6i boxer. I do like the rear bumper trunk guard; it will look nice on mine. Nice cars there either way, probably a lot cheaper than the used and new ones here in Germany.

we purchased the 2024 Forester and it gets no where near the 26/33MPG. If anybody knows of a class action litigation going on over this fraud, Please let us know as we wish to join the litigation.

The new Subaru is filled with high tech gadgets and is a problem waiting to happen. It is not an AWD off road vehicle anymore. That obnoxious box on the front windshield should be fun to change. The idiotic 16" tablet in the dash will do well with the mud, dust, dirt and vibration. The stupid E brake that's not going to work for very long. The auto start stop is ridiculous. The seats stain with just a drop of water. DO NOT BUY A SUBARU it's a road car for granny not an off road AWD vehicle!
