Do not buy in TMR, this ibis not reliable company. i have bought plot in Shahnagar even paid amount for maintenance but unfortunately nothing is maintained. it is left incomplete even marking of each plot not there. i am struggling now for proper marking by coordinating with them but very poor feedback and lack of response from them. i regret to trust o TMR. even very bad behaviour by TMR executives. I am going to lodge complaint against TMR in DTCP and RERA.

All fake information. Western bliss has plot all the way from 125 sq yards. Entry lo left side plot are 160 sq yards, group villas that you showed are 178sq yards. In 2021 I planned to take 125 sq yards villa for 1.2cr but owner sold it for 1.35cr I later planned for 178 sq yards for 1.6cr but couldnt due to money issue. Later I gave up as this area doesnt have proper trasportation . A car is a must in this place. And also kapra lake is just within few 100m so drowning chances also there although its on a risig elevation.

The are few because previously there is no rule says that one villa for one plot, so builders bought 270 Sq YD plot and built two villas in a single unit. But issue was recognised fast and the association in western bliss decided to sell on a rule of - building one villa - in one 266 Sqyd plot. Yes there are Villas as you said, the above one is reason. Those half villas are sold out and no more half villas will be constructed in Bliss. The reason for one villa in one plot is to control population in the venture and set a price and class barrier. Under 7000 per SFt you can get in Stand Alone buildings, in high rise it is costly because of various reasons like permissions, taxes, architecture charges etc... Still the price seems a bit high for a building like that but The location where the building is decides the price... So in my opinion it's reasonable 😁
