The item column is used for particular notes, such as transferred over beginning balances, adjusting entries, and closing entries.

Hello! This is an ongoing problem, so the contribution was discussed in a prior video. :) if this was a lone problem, they would have to provide you with the beginning balance or the contribution. For example, if the owner's capital balance is $5,000, and they say the beginning balance was $3,000, then we know we continued $2,000 during the period.

9:10 Table looks terrible. You got the concepts right but made it very complicated by not putting it in the proper order, which would allow you to display the total allocated costs per department much easier. Try asking Chat GPT or consulting a textbook next time you make a waste of time video like this
