I'd like to ask why, in the new series 37, 41, 44, the bathing platform when raised up does NOT close the stern (like in D360, D390 etc.). This leaves two big "holes" at both sides of the stern and things dropped can easily be lost when sailing ! In the new Dufour 37 this platform is also narrower than in the Dufour 360 !

I just used the boat for one week. Al lot of space for the length. Good sailing abilities. Interior building quality is poor. E.g. the electric panel fell off and could not be fixed. Fridge would open in rough conditions. And there sre a few design errors. Bed in front cabin is to small for two. And why on earth did you put the main storage under the steering wheel where the engine control is? How to control the boat when approaching the harbour while the crew is digging for fenders? And why does it open so that the steering wheel is blocked and things can easily fall off the boat? This is when designers and controllers develop a boat and not sailors. And calling it 37 is a joke. The only thing is that marinas charge you for 37 feet despite being much shorter.

Great intruduction. We decicded to go for Dufor 41. The most important for us was one ruder to put stream from engine on the ruder like in Bavarias.
