That's the closest I'd get to a Monkey Island action-adventure game... it's a shame this license isn't taken so seriously or just in a Point&click licence... Sea of Thieves and other games like Assassins Creed have proven that a pirate game can work, so a game with a universe as rich and humorous as Monkey Island (and with a more serious twist to make it more mature and interesting for everyone) would be a real blast.

As a solo sloop player. Who usually has no choice between that, or random players who never have mics and afk ect. I choose to solo usually. And even if you're flying the white flag. Its shoot first, and keep on shooting. Kill, and keep killing for the vast majority of people you come across. This game, is just toxic. This type of pvp, where hours of grind is involved and on the line. Is not conducive to a good game. Safer seas, needs to have all the options and levels ect available. So people who are tired of being bullied by bigger crews, and mlg pro level fortnite player bunny hopping skills. Can have someplace to enjoy the content of this game. Safer seas is needed. Making it so limited as to push people into the pvp toxicity of the normal game. Is not. They shot themselves in the foot with this game. Because the hardcore mlg gamers, now run the game and dictate everybody elses experience. Rather than allowing everybody to have fun, its only those who are ridiculous at pvp who are gonna stay around in the long term. And eventually they'll just be fighting each other. As it is, i cannot recommend anybody play anywhere else but safer seas. Unless you wanna play against 5 year grind kings who are all more twitchy than a crackhead on meth drinking a red bull. I love this game. But i hate the community. I have only met 1 single, count them. 1 single crew that didnt shoot on sight even tho im waving the white flag. Solo, no real loot, and no stomach for the toxic pvp of just ruining someone elses time because they can. There was also some guys who i played music with once. And those 2 crews, is in like 100 hours of gameplay. Everybody else, either avoids contact, or shoots on sight. Its a horrible community, no offense, i know there is good ones out there. But they're few and far between.

I’ve done exactly what it says in the video then when I walk near the guy playing the violin he stops playing it and just looks at me and there’s no dialogue , what did I do wrong. I did everything in the video so far

I cant get past where you give the meat to the dogs, they always seem to be asleep for me, that and my game always glitches during the voyage. It's getting frustrating

i find it SUCH a shame that sea of thieves had to buy rights to one of the best franchises and their humor to make good content that actually kept me engaged. thanks for the tutorial, v helpful for my addled brain
