Would love to see deep dives into exercise form corrections for common compound lifts, especially how to troubleshoot when something feels off. Not just the basic cues everyone knows, but the subtle adjustments that can make a huge difference - like how to adjust based on individual body proportions and mobility limitations. Maybe a series breaking down one major lift per video (squat/deadlift/bench) where you analyze common compensations you see in clients and how you fix them. That kind of detailed, practical knowledge from your coaching experience would be super valuable!
