I have done many "EQ-tests" but stopped in the middle as they were CONSTANTLY talking about how i would treat Employees and so on, but for REAL, OMG. An EQ-Test should be able to simply determine your "Affective Emotional Intelligence" much easier than THAT. And if people are asked about stuff related to work they will simply answer what they personally would like that they would answer and not really by truth. I have done real tests that took over an hour and apparently i am just as kind as i already knew, but ALL these bullshit tests on the internet are simply mocking the whole process of actual evaluation of these human traits as it seems. I have done many tests evaluating "Dark Triad" traits also and that was also no surprise that i only answered just like 1% of the many millions that have done it(took about 60 minutes), but the scary part was that "Normal People" scored MUCH higher on these traits regarding Psychopathy, Narcissism and Machiavellianism than i would Ever guess. So you better watch your back, as there are people that would gladly use you for their benefit with no regards for your emotional well-being(The "Nice ones" that is). I could easily write a novel that breaks the whole server(youtube) but i have wild frogs and salamanders to feed with worms so i have to decline in advance. I would also put Putin's head(ALL genuinely evil or sadistic people that hurt my "Tribe"(ALL people and life) on a stick for fun every day if i could, but i could never step on a Snail on purpose. I hope you understand my lecture in what i call "A good Moral foundation". Cheers 🙂😇🥰😄
