The upper exercises do not produce anything close to full body hypertrophy (due to lack of resistance the first is cardio and the second mainly works legs since squats only start to properly target other muscles when weighted), the second “pec” exercises mainly works the triceps and curls do work the biceps, but not the triceps. Stop spreading misinformation please, even if it’s not intentional you should educate yourself on a topic before putting stuff like this out. Edit: I just noticed the first pec exercise isn’t too good either because even on Norma push ups the abs usually reach failure before the chest, stressing them with the mountain climber type movement decreases efficiency drastically, but atl it works what you stated to some degree, but please delete this video 😂😂
