If not for the actions and sacrifices of Bumin Khaghan, the history of the Turks-and indeed, the world-would be markedly different. Alongside the founder of the Gok Turkish Empire, he laid the groundwork for the emergence of subsequent Turkish-descended empires, which expanded westward, significantly influencing the global balance of power.

Those in Anatolia are mix of Turks and others. Not the Turks themselves. Antropologicaly, geneticaly, ethno-culturaly etc. If someone know turkish language he is not a Turk, is he? Hungarians are no Turks if they have 2% of turkish genes. Otherwise Yakuts can be Russians, or Kenians are English, Nigerians French etc.

The origin of the Turks is based on the ancient nomadic peoples who lived in the vast steppes of Central Asia, especially in and around the Altay Mountains. Historically, the Turks influenced world history by establishing great empires such as the Oghuz, Seljuks and Ottomans. The origins of the Turks were shaped by the union of Turkish tribes and peoples and developed in interaction with different peoples in this vast geography. " So yes, you are right

@@EmpireOfTheSteppe Ottomans are not Turks. They are mix of many nations. Their language is young one. Dont mix it with Seljuks or Oghuz Turks (already mix with Sogdian people, Kush or Tokhars etc of whom Tajik/Sarts origins came). Karluk Turks (Uzbeks and Uigur) are also minimaly mixed while the Tajiks were already pushed in hills of Hindukush and Pamir.

@@djoledjole5007 What you say is very true, but most nations are not a mixture anyway, such as America, France and the Netherlands, and this has happened to every nation.

@@EmpireOfTheSteppe Ottoman destroyed themselves by renaming everything and everybody "turkish". This was approved by Young Turks and english masonery. They could stay relevant power, but in this way they lost it and created divisions inside their society. When you look at their TV series today -everybody are white man or woman / blue or green eyes Turks....what the people think about that? To much western politic. Like in Japan. Reagrds
