great video!! I unfortunately had to forget my dream about ever tasting an Overnoy bottle, the markups here in Canadian restaurants are incredibly high, and the people lucky enough to have access to bottles treat them as blue chip wines.

All true about industralization. But what about the cost of drunks on society? On their families, friends, accidents, work absence? Should producers of alcohol pay for therapy of children of alcoholics? I dont care if you drink bottle of wine for 200$, or 10$. The only healthy wine is 0% wine. Its actually good for your body. All the rest are good just for killing some of your brain cells from time to time, however healthily you would want to be perceived.

Low intervention wine just means you're not doing your job
@MORENaturalWine7 ай бұрын
Quite wrong. 😑 It is much, much harder to make a refined, age-worthy and stable wine full of life without the use of additives like sulphur to kill off bad bacteria. You have to work harder in the vineyard and keep the cellar cleaner and not rely on chemicals to fix problems.
@ganjikasteam7075 ай бұрын
@@MORENaturalWine maybe low interventiob in his message refer to those that still use "something" being on the land/vineyard or during the vinification ? For some people its just another way to call natural wine , but it's said that natural wine is : organic or biodynamic and without the use of any additives (?) so why use another expression ?
@MORENaturalWine5 ай бұрын
@@ganjikasteam707 because low intervention is more often used to express a natural wine WITH some minimal added sulphur. But the original comment is saying “low intervention wine (or natural wine) means you’re not doing your job” which is totally ignorant to how much harder it is to make a pure wine, alive, without faults, than a conventional wine
