A dear friend of mine, John Considine, Jr., the actor, grew up as Hollywood royalty. His father, John Considine, Sr., was one of the most-famous MGM producers, "Young Tom Edison", "Boys' Town", etc. The family knew Hearst very well. Marion Davies was his parents' maid of honor at their wedding. The Considines had their own beach house down Pacific Coast Highway from Marion Davies' "bungalow". John once remarked that he "had learned to swim in the big outdoor pool at the Hearst ranch."

I love Martyn. He has such a good personality. I’ve been to Roundtop. I live north of Houston. It is a treasure trove for those of us who love all things vintage or unique. I’d recommend that if you go, take at least a few $100 with you. Not because it’s expensive as there’s actually something for every budget. It’s because you will find hundreds of good deals and things you can’t live without.

Last month ( April 12, 2019 ) DECOR INTERIORS ran an article listing the top 20 high - end outdoor patio furniture manufacturing companies. Harbour Outdoor was NOT ON THE LIST ! I would caution Martyn to not cheapen his brand !
