I feel like in 2.1 there is two types of levels: Good gameplay but bad/generic deco or opposite. This is a good gameplay level tbh, we need more of these but with less generic or empty deco. Its a fine level anyways, so good job.

I love how everyone in this day and age in GD calls things empty all the time when there’s a square inch left on the screen, yet no one complains about any level before 2.1, like Nine Circles, Level Easy, or The Robotic Rush.

Play over the moon legendary. Use the card that reduced the cooldown of ur soar on every elimination set it at 100% and use blink to heal at 300 per blink and increase distance of blink and use kill to heal and chronos. Thank me later

Now that I think about it... Hi-Rez were nerfing cards that had movement and self-healing capabilities right? Are they going to do nothing about Viktor's Cardio card? I find that personally annoying when you're playing as a flank (mostly Androxus and Lex) and he just sprints away and gains health over time. What do you guys think?

DGDTA Phong Yeah, but sometimes the Vik goes around a corner and starts running around the place, making effectively aiming harder... especially when he runs directly into the point where 4 other people are...

Don't take this as hate or something, but I only see nerfs, no buffs as said in the description. If you are counting the soar rework as a buff, it's not. I used the soar card all the time and I personally preferred it over Reprieve(call me a noob all you want for doing something out of the "meta") but a 10 sec wait for 3 sec of 20% bonus dmg isn't a 'buff' IMO compared to halved soar CD.

Are they not keeping the reduced cooldown of soar by 5s? If not then I would definitely call the addition a nerf. And no I will not call you a noob for using Over the Moon :P Edit: Just watched over the video and indeed the Over the Moon card is not keeping the 5s cooldown. Thats unfortunate. Will change the description.

there's a card that reduce cooldown of soar on kill.so if you kill someone with new over the moon buff then soar cd is reduce by the amount of fractional on your soar current cd.

Hmmm... so I guess it is a buff then? You just have to be a good Evie (which I am sure Ice Block Troll is, from the name of course :P) and constantly get kills in order to get the cooldown reducted. Interesting.

Sad to see the nerfs, but you did well despite them. Guess with the new projectile speed and reduced blink distance, Evie will probably be more as a flank "sniper" than in close.

Yeah, it really does suck. I guess Evie sort of deserved it though. She was very broken in OB53, with the new projectile speed and all. But that's Hi-Rez's fault for not separating console updates from PC. The new reprieve nerf is probably done it for me though.
