how long does it usually take to complete some of these houses, i know it all depends on alot factors but whats the rough estimate on a 600 to 800 sqm home of this nature, do you guys do architectural designs of these plans or you just build?

This is amazingly good. Only thing that would've elevated it further is more glass and no crown molding, allowing the wall and the ceiling to form clean unbroken lines. Even without that it's gorgeous.
