I cant do “school” i have too many thoughts to think how can i focus on my work when all i want in the world is one thing My thoughts bring me closer to success as i play through my plan, assess and address Is it really that hard though? I have a feeling i’ll break through The one thing i want, what would i even do? cars and money, what more could i want? i want someone to love me, and take care of me, and my heart. everybody knows that love cannot be bought

Watching 4 years later... I found a poet in a Facebook group that was plagiarizing not other Facebook poets, but well known poets of studied lit, like Alexander Pope and Thomas Merton. They ripped widely.

I would like to add a few elements. Haiku is a finger pointing to what is called an aha, or the "haiku' moment, and haiku never tells us what something is, rather its strength is in the haiku moment. Another element is the season, or something that reflects season. Snow capped mountain The hawk leaves his nestled perch, Catching an updraft. Snow capped mountain An old man sipping his tea Watching the fog rise. The rising sea swell A pelican glides above The breaking spindrift.

the one line/2 line poems should be considered prompts.... a true creative would want to elaborate. Sometimes I think of AMAZING one liners, and get excited to work it into a full poem. I never think, yep thats it.... thats the poem.
