Using swords in late game KCD is weak. Maces and Warhammers are where it’s at.

Great game but with keyboard and mouse the combat functionality was so goofy I just couldn't deal with it. I got maybe 33% into the game and just gave up. The bow functionality was easy but the sword controls were too fucked up for me to be anywhere near decent at. You are a pro at it sir, good job.

Still amazes me that this is the first game warhorse studios developed. This game feels more complete and complexed than most AAA games. As well as the story and stories in the game are amazing. A lot of people give up on the game in beginning because it feels janky kinda. But believe it or not it’s on purpose. It to show how much of a peasant and ill experienced you are with a swords and fighting. As you develop and play the way you fight becomes more of an arsenal of how to deal with your enemy. It’s amazing and I’m glad I stuck it out and found this amazing game.

Pretty "normal" to produce good games when you aren't dealing with DEI hires and Trannies constantly complaining about their pronouns / being offended all day long. AKA 10 years years ago.
