I had the same problem, ended up cutting it into strips and doing a traditional lattice by hand!! So glad I’m not the only one to struggle but after reading the comments below will give it another go! It was nice to see a video of what truly happens 👍 thank you

Itd be ok if you set your grinder to finest grade. But should note your Cardomom might have tones of coffee, and your next coffee grind might taste like cardomom 😅

I use plain all purpose flour. Lower the amount of water you use for your dough or try a different flour
