Oh I love this! I’m completely artistically challenged but you make this look so easy!

Thanks for making this Video! I've known about ATC's for a long time but I have never really known what they are lol. I am excited to start my collection and crafting my own for trades!

Have you always gotten back the same number you have made? Trying to work this our with a large group of people. If not how did you swap them? I just did my first one and I did 20 and got back far less, unfortunately including two of my own. Just wondering what you have experienced.

Been stamping for over 25 years-- there is nothing better than red rubber-- they are the best in quality, holding ink, providing detail and lasting for a long long time-- I still have the first stamp I collected that was manufactured in the early 2000's. I love DarkroomDoor stamps. Thank you for still manufacturing the best quality stamps around.

I still have stamps from 1977 by Hero Arts snd they still work. Laser engraved can't match this quality.
@gdoreen753 ай бұрын
@@evaj.1337 I totally agree. Sadly, I heard Darkroom Door shuttered its doors this year. I think many red rubber manufacturers have stopped making rubber stamps due to the price of materials etc. I still buy red rubber whenever I can and hold onto my large stash as they are a collector's item.
@evaj.13373 ай бұрын
@@gdoreen75 you bet... Over the past 30 years I accumulated more than 10000 stamps, often by having to buy lots on Ebay. I collect PSX Botanicals and many are not willing to sell separately and I no longer have use for English text stamps. International art trades have become too expensive when it comes to shipping fees. However I donate them to a dog rescue in UK, where they sell them. The generation red rubber is disappearing just like the companies who make them. All that silicone junk from China may be cheap but you get what you pay for. My stamps are my babies and it's not easy not to adopt more 😂

Having been a professional stamp maker, it’s nice to see people doing it the OLD, OLD way. Last pro shop I knew that did it that way was in the 1980s. Yes, that’s how low quality that is. But is the current methods of small arts and crafts operations still today. Actual Rubber stamps now done laser cut and engraved. Or digital negatives exposed on photopolymer plates.

could you please enlighten me about Laser Cut engraved and digital negative way? Actually Im planning to keep one wing for rubber stamp in my stationery shop. how much initial cost during the abcd?

Excellent informative video with a great presenter. So often videos are gone through too quickly, instructions are flimsy, & products are not explained well or shown long enough. I can tell this is a color I'm going to use a lot.
