Interesting to see this, coming from a Tibetan White Crane perspective. We have most of these same techniques, but there are some that are called differently and others executed differently. A lot of the larger more comprehensive movements exist in our forms but are not isolated as specific stand-alone punches. No negative judgements on my part. Genuinely curious what country this is from?

Thank you! Needed to help my hips realign after achilles surgery (my hip took a beating) Followed the steps exactly, was fantastic, added a little PNF in the middle and boom! The difference here was you did not instruct by asking us to imagine someone pulling a string from our head. I was a powerliter, so thinking of 1000 lbs on my head kept it in the same spot but instantly forced my hips down and open. Best cue, ever. Short and sweet. Make a short and get more views! Thanks again!

Can not imagine the prowse, and, fury, of Master, Lam Sai Wing in a modern state of combat. What a thing that must have been to see? His Hung-Gar style. The greatest of 19th, and, 20th century Kung Fu. What a F@#$%^g legend! He would have destroyed them all. What a Bad-Ass!!! The original G.O.A.T!

Thabks for the video. To everyone, those are all natural sounds effects, its just when you enter Southern China especially when you get closer to Guangzhou, the sounds automatically change, thats why all those sounds in the old chinese movies were real sounds no need to add effects thats why even the commentator was able to make those sounds too 😉
