I want to do this but without damaging my amp. The liquid scares me, but a plate with dry sand or something should work.... I think.
@fonwoolridge3 ай бұрын
@illuminotme4261 Hi....I used an old amp, after I got a new one.... I glued on a half of a plastic bottle.... so can change plates, via screw top lid. Another comment, said my plate was too big, maybe correct... also, dunno how you could do it in a none destructive way... good luck!

Where did you get the materials in Tunisia?
@fonwoolridge5 ай бұрын
@Desdinova666 Hi... actually, I brought quite a lot of materials from Greece when I moved....However, I've been to many hardware stores here, and I'm slowly finding most stuff.... good luck with your search! P.S. or, next time you're on holiday, fill up your suitcase! And/or get a friend or relative address elsewhere, and order from amazon or similar sites....

You have a great clean blank slate room for your music studio. I'm interested in seeing a few months later how you decided to do sound proofing and sound treatment of your music room to record the best sounds that you can get from the studio.

Beautifully played. I'm in the process of learning this on guitar, so I know how difficult it is and how much time to must have spent working on it. Thanks for posting. It is an inspiration for me to keep going.

Many many thanks! Would be v. interested to hear your version at the end.... I spent months - with a YT vid - of the piano roll - slowing it down - and picking the notes that seemed most effective for guitar... Its a real challenge - good luck!

I’m learning guitar as an adult. Having 12 cyclical notes named after 7 unevenly spaced letters makes zero sense. Naming them 7 unevenly spaced numbers is even worse - it ruins basic arithmetic, terrible when figuring out intervals, even worse when translating that onto the fretboard. Dozenal all the way - it makes so many aspects of theory so much more intuitive. E.g. a 6/4 chord is 9/5 for major and 8/5 for minor. Everything should be intervals counted in base 12.

Yes! Totally agreed! It's amazing it hasn't caught on... thanks for your comment!
