Diana could you elaborate on how is Value perceived in the context of gaining more money at start up/workplace as people say what value you can bring to them is the factor for achieving outstanding career growth faster without being stuck counting number of work experience in years.. how to prove my worth effectively without overworking or burnouts..

Thank you so much for this Diana. My biggest takeaway was the Job loss stages. I really liked that you touched on the emotional and mentality of the job search journey a bit. I am also a firm believer that you can be doing everything "right" but if your mindset is not in the right place, then it's easy to miss out on things.

Hello Diana, New to your channel and new sub! This video is I am at right now. This is great. How about someone like myself trying to break in a different industry. I have a construction background trying to break in to Tech Industry. Took 2 years off due to illness and took some courses to upskill myself and learning the process. It's interesting how aligning my interests and goals (in tech industry) has led me to consider roles like Scrum Master and Project Manager, especially in light of my background using the combination of Waterfall & Agile methodologies without knowing, which I can relate to my days in the Oil Refinery industry. How should I approach some of the interview questions. Seems like a hard pivot but I cannot find any videos that construction/labor experience changing careers into tech or other industry. There are a lot of transferable skills and parallel between two industries I just can’t articulate it. Would love to hear your take on this. Hope to hear from you. Best Regards, VT
