I want to know why your server NEVER send failure our outage reports? - Creates Critical Failures and leaves them un attended for hours sometimes weeks - we just had another 20 hour outage due to your support staff enquiry about a 403 sharing forbidden error - they crashed the entire CPANEL and left it un attended for 20 hours so far - this type of support is the norm not a single occurrence. The Chat support send pre canned messages and do not offer any value other than time theft - look up our accounts and please respond here ! - WHO CRASHES A CLIENTS SERVER AND LEAVEFS THE OUTAGE UN ATTENDED - UN TESTED - ??? Left all our sites crashed over night and all the say is sorry over and over again - its malicious damage on our business - it happens so often we are preparing to file a law suit for acts of intentional malice. Please review and offer a complete response - and please send us outage reports, how can anyone improve without reporting.

Maybe I am missing something, but the name of this video is misleading. "How to Host Multiple Websites on One Server" You are not talking about a serve. You are talking about a hosting. There is a difference.
