Hi Odatta i love your videos,and i love your testimonies,however i really need your help. I have been working so hard from i was 18,now am almost 50 and still in a place where i am not comfortable. My dream is to own my own resturant to start and from there i know i would ecalate.but i done have any help i saw where you have this grants that you do for your members so i dont know if am qualified.or perhaps you could give me a loan so i could do something to be successful. @kamina isad Dolla was valued at J$2.5B largely based on its trailing twelve months (TTM) profit before tax (PBT) which would put the price to earnings at 11.6x. This currently valuation of J$2.5B is also used to arrive at a price to book value of 6.7x however, while this ratio is relatively high compared to its peers there are some factors that are worth considering. 1) the price to book will be adjusted down once the J$250M is injected in the company. 2) Dolla is on a strong growth path having only started in 2014 this will result in continued growth in earnings which will further impact its equity capital positively as such we anticipate that this ratio is reflection of the outlook for the company and the potential that exist for further growth.

1) The price/BV wont be significantly reduced 2) The competition is intense with over 200 microloan companies so I dont see the projected growth. The low ECL and low cash position are inconsistent - not sure if the terms of the loans are too long . The GK loan remains on the books. Decent CEO but too expensive in a bear market. I'll buy for less next month when I get back to Jamaica - especially after First Rock is trading 25% below IPO price in USD terms. Good luck!

@Orick Angus Yes, the company will have sufficient liquidity to meet any increased demand. But, Dolla Financial will have to tap the capital markets in the future to grow further.

@David Rose The inclination is that many micro lenders or businesses who are not registered but operating as micro lenders may be forced to surrender given the stringent licensing requirements.
