Do ancestrycom or 23andme they update alot and will get way more accurate then myheritage, myheritage gives you regions that you are not, because of its weak algorithm and hasn't updated in about 5 to 6 years, 23and me would give you subregions in countries that your from of recent ancestry, ancestrycom and 23andme have the largest Refrence population data base panel and are more detailed, myheritage added genetic communities but didn't add to their Refrence population panel

Yes. I am not completely convinced with my 76% south Asian origin as south Asia covers south India and South Asian are different than north Indians even though they share the same culture.
