JRF with effords it’s always an epic trip I’ve seen guys that have been to the Yukon and Alaska that said the hunt was 10 times better then those trips!

You guys stayed at the Deer Lake motel eh? I found that place nice, the people are awesome, I wish I could have had a Western Newfoundland moose, but I got Northern Peninsula, love just being out, hope to get moose number 2

yeah, the name deer lake motel doesn't sound like a desirable place to go, but it was quite the opposite. Nice decour, rooms were really nice, staff was super friendly, food was excellent....what more could you want in a place.

did you not keep any of the meat from the bodys
@jrf19505 жыл бұрын
Kept all of it, about 300 lbs.

@@thefarm- we ate bear meat all week. Took all of the rest home. It was fantastic. But @The Farm we are glad you're out...we are Dads. Husbands, hunters and friends....not camera people. Try and stop being a total loser. Stick with your anime cartoons.

How was the weather? I'm heading in next week! Cant wait

We found that it was true what they say....it would change from sunny to windy and rainy in a matter of minutes. Hunt hard when you can, never know when fog or rain will set in.

Korey Let us know how it went!!!!!
@jggazzola5 жыл бұрын
what is the cost of the trip?
@davisd84905 жыл бұрын
Jggazzola We hunted with Effords. They range from 5k-9k drive up lodge to fly in one on one trophy hunts. We did the trophy hunt obviously. Absolutely first class operation and moose. The drive up lodge hunters rarely get opportunities on monsters but they are there if you're willing to hunt hard. Can't recommend enough.
