My guess is you need to replace the belt. I'm not sure, but it may have a grease fitting for the clutch so it will move in and out easy. There are 2 cables on that clutch levers. Make sure those are set right.. I would like to know what you figure out with it when you get a chance. The clutchs on this machine are sentrifical so the faster the engine goes the more the front clutch moves and the back clutch moves one goes in the other goes out.

You do a cold star and You start just Reving it ......not good to rev while cold.... Let the motor expand a little from the heat and let the oil warm up a little... Then start giving it the rpms

you are supposed to have an rubber O-ring on the groove of the NEW pad so water and mud don't get in ur caliper, once the oring is installed the brake pad will no longer fall in and out like that. But props for cleaning it up

Those valves are out of adjustment. Common issue on those.
