The juror who brought up Rush having a chance at an appeal absolutely failed the justice system. That had reasonable doubt and yet they were lied on an appeal. Absolutely ridiculous.

@ TS 12:50 she slips up by saying "it all happened so quick" when supposedly talking about getting Betsy in the house after chemo which no one would say that when referencing taking someone home BUT they would when referring to a crime! The justice system is so screwed up now prosecutors are so stuck on convicting A PERSON rather than convicting THE PERSON & "Guilty until proven innocent"! Part of a wrongful conviction should not only be a financial compensation, they should also be REQUIRED to give a PUBLIC apology! That was the worst 911 call EVER on the Louis murder! I think it's perfect karma that Russ married the girl that contributed to getting her caught b/c she was approached by Dingbat about doing the "reenactment" w/her which the lady thought was weird so she called and reported it! LE botched that! Dingbat even told them she went into Russ' bedroom hints the slippers! These ppl kill me making any determination based off his emotion when they forget they were pretty much already facing death from cancer!! LE failed miserably! Everything they say "points to him" like the life insurance in reality points to dipshit and not Russ! This was a amateur case really! It took more work to wrongly convict Russ rather than correctly convicting the narcissist!

So she killed his wife , put him in jail , stole the money of his children, then killed her own mom , and killed a disabled man to incriminate the poor husband. This is unbelievable. She is pure EVIL.

poor guy, it's obvious he's not overly emotional bc he's on the spectrum..his eyes looking up to the sky while talking is something my neighbor does, he's also on the spectrum..they don't display their emotions of sadness very much..

Betsy was into Pam that’s why Pam had to kill her to get money before the beneficiary was changed. I do blame Betsy for making Pam the beneficiary that was her own death sentence to herself.

@@josephmarzullo yes it was in a Louisiana parish. I want to respect privacy. For some reason it was a huge case and it should be on a crime show, but it isn't. It was just on local news. I met her in Germany when I lived there. We both moved back to the states. Still great friends. Such a tragedy 😪😪

When women gets in charge, then we have big problem. Women should not be alloud to vote. Women always put the feeling first, and forget about logic! Women in high positions can only go wrong. Women belong in the kitchen, nothing more!!

Cops accept the most unreliable form of evidence as gospel. Turns out the “witness” that wrote down the license plate failed to mention (and the cops failed to ask) that he was not certain about the plate number and thought he missed some digits. He did. It was the wrong plate. And the cops when confronted say “I don’t know what to tell ya” They are idiots.

She's just a liar with incapable investigators. I'm a Singaporean and I'm so caught up with this! Russ' alibis are so so valid. And they just trusted this liar without any doubt? Hilarious. I'm not a lawyer, not a police, but even my 10 years old can tell who's guilty. It just get on my nerves, so sorry. A killer killing someone for money and maligned an innocent and when the innocent got acquitted, she killed another innocent to malign the innocent again. What a crap! I hope to see justice served and she gets death penalty for whatever she did!

This case was really horrible because if the cops had done their job properly in the first place, PH's poor mother and Louis G would very likely be alive today. So much pain to so many people due to simple greed. All for money. 3 people lost their lives.

Believe me there are plenty if innocent people in prison. Some of these prosecutors just want to solve a case. They're not necessarily looking for the truth, just a conviction and it's really sad
@edwardscott3262
@edwardscott3262 Жыл бұрын
Look up the FBI fingerprint analysis fiasco, lead bullet trace analysis bullshit, and hair and fiber analysis and you'll see it's not just small towns that are the problem. Our whole justice system is a joke. Mostly because prosecutors took power from grand juries by turning them over so quickly they never get enough time to learn their true power. Grand juries can indict cops they feel are lying. 99% of grand juries are never told they have this power. They only get told about it when a prosecutor wants to get their names in the news but then that grand jury gets swapped out with a new one shortly after. Grand juries were supposed to be a major check on government power. They have the ability to investigate and subpoena anyone. To a corrupt system that's way too dangerous to leave in the hands of the general public. Grand juries rarely hear they have any power. They're told exactly what to do and changed out so frequently they're no danger to anyone corrupt.

That statement alone is not exculpatory; people lie. His alibi, however, was exceedingly solid and SHOULD have told the investigators and the prosecutor that they were focusing on the wrong suspect.
