Bishops, YES, its part of Claremont my favourite suburb. ❤ Camps Bay, Clifton and Bantry Bay are grossly overpriced and madly overrated dont waste your money.👎 Franschoek is not in Cape Town, its under a different municipality. Stellenbosch is not in Cape Town, its a town on its own with its own municipality. The list is biased in favour of overrated tourist suburbs yet they talk about living, property prices and everything. If you are an above average but not wealthy person and want to live in Cape Town you are not going to look at Llandudno, crazy expensive I dont even know where that is i see it in newspapers when they advertise properties thatbtake ages to sell. I lived in Cape Town for 24yrs Ive never met anyone who lives in Llandudno. Its one of those out of touch places people live in to pretend they are not in South Africa. If you are going to talk elegance and value for money..Durbanville and Tokai have to be on the list.

This video is not that good… Sry to say this but the title says top 3 speed demons or sth like that and in the video you talk about 5… Then when you talked about the Agera r you showed clips of the regeras 0-400-0 kph record run wich is quite visible, that those two are not the same car… I am not hating on a small channel here, I am just trying to helpfully criticize so that maybe next time there is just a little bit more effort in the video, then it could turn out great👍
