Oh Scituate, is my favorite for sure ❤🌊🩴👙👒🐚🪼🦀⛱️!! I have wonderful memories as a kid there, as my grandparents owned a big cottage there in Minot, right on the sea wall! What fun we'd have climbing the rocks looking for sea glass or periwinkles! 😊 Being fascinated by the jellyfish and horseshoe crabs! Bringing home all the big seaweed to hang dry on Nana's porch to eat as a snack later on. My mother was the firstborn (oldest) of 17 children!! I don't know how they ever managed it all but they did!! Great times!!Sorry for traveling down memory lane ...God Bless 🙏🏻

You didn’t mention the impact of the NAR court settlement regarding past collusion/price fixing which is expected to affect agent commissions and thus number of realtors exiting the job - is there are reason for not discussing it, even if you see it differently than most experts?

Marshfield is trash. lots of drug and alcohol addicts there. It's the armpit of the South Shore.

Rents are Not cheap. The business on the boardwalk are all closed down. No more arcades either.

This video was great fun to watch, beautifully done with lots of information. I grew up in Hingham and am moving to Sawyer's Reach in Plymouth in Aug. The South Shore truly is a slice of heaven.

A lot has changed for sure, but Plymouth still has that small town feel even though it has grown so much, great town to make it a homebase :)

Osterville didn't make it in 2024 as having one of the top 8 most expensive sales, but yes we agree it usually ranks high too!

Plymouth was nice years ago, now it is garbage. Town has ruined the waterfront and most area's with apartments and condos. IT is too bad, not the same place where my kids grew up!!!

What are your thoughts on Union Point? Lots of flat open space to be developed 2025 on commuter rail in Weymouth. Abington commuter community potential. Rockland also has 100+ acres development potential.

Clamming under the powder point bridge is absolutely the most fresh tasting oysters ever in my life! Bring abit of horseradish with you! A family gathering even especially before Thanksgiving!

I think a really solid job has been done to revitalize that area. Nice to see businesses setting up shop and expanding. For years it was a pretty depressed area. That being said, I just hope it doesn’t become over developed like Plymouth has done as of late. Personally, I think the apartments expanded a little too much and I hope that area doesn’t become over developed in the coming years with insanely priced condos or townhouses.
