Old Town Residence Association

The OLD TOWN RESIDENT ASSOCIATION (OTRA) is the apex body envisioned
representing the voice and pro-active action of the residents of OLD TOWN

The association is registered under the Societies Act Cap 108 section
10b as an umbrella organisation wholly mandated to coalesce the day to day basic needs and rights of its residents through a unified front and voice.

OTRA is a membership organisation and works through its members to inform, educate and promote awareness among the public on public
service delivery issues.

OTRA will work with both the County and National
Government as drivers of socio-economic growth and national democracy in
terms of improved service delivery to the residents within their respective
jurisdictions

A residency where every neighbor has an acceptable quality of life

OUR MISSION
To empower residents, to transform neighborhoods through inspired social
action, resulting in improved quality of life for the residents.

This is not right that humans should be left to live like this. An Urban settlement left to dissipate. Really sad. May Allah s.w.t help us and our community. Aameen
