Bhai Ji, commercial land par aapko documented business karna hoga within the two years of permission otherwise your land will be taken by Govt. So, you cann't use this land for your personal use only. I am sure on this because I got my land purchase permission from Tehri DM and Udoya vibhag. 100s of land owner got notice regarding the same and in recent case one politician from UP lost his land.

It is very unfortunate that these people are saying do not come to Uttarakhand. What I feel is if people from Haryana , UP and Delhi do note visit Uttarakhand then they will have no resources to survive. This is the reason UK is suffering. I have been living in UK since last three years and it is not the outsiders but insiders who destroy the state. Huge amount of constructions are being done at local level

To jo apka reason tha doon m ghr sale krne ka maybe vo peace hi hoga, bs vahi reason na bne other jgh b uk m, that's why they demand something like landlaw,.. And demographic reason b hai, crime rate bdhte ja rhe hain.. Vrna koi dushmani thodi hai kisise inki.. Kuch chize jaisi hain vesi rahe vahi thik hai. No hate but its needed, if future mei nature ko brbaad hota nhi dekhna chate ho to✅🏞 jai badri vishal, end mei agr ye sch mei dev bhumi hai to devta hi kuch karenge hope🕉

भैया मेरा भाई मिर्गी से बहुत परेशान है 18 साल से मिर्गी आती है बहुत दवा करवाई कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। पतंजलि योगग्राम में कितने दिन रहना होगा पूरी तरह से ठीक होने के लिए।
